Krista's role in the DeMall Group has been crucial to the company's success. As our Director of real estate and sales, she sources most of our business development opportunities.

It wasn't long ago Krista and her husband, Dr. Kerry Mall purchased their first investment property in Dresden. Since then, from 2015-to 2019, their real estate portfolio has expanded to over 30 rental properties, including single-family homes, four-plexes, and commercial buildings located in Chatham, Dresden, and Wallaceburg. These property purchases have contributed to helping solve the housing crisis by providing housing for more than 80 tenants in Chatham-Kent.

After discovering her love for real estate, Krista became a licensed Realtor in September 2019 and joined the largest real estate brokerage in Chatham-Kent- the Royal LePage Peifer Realty. Thereafter Krista has been unstoppable. She won both Rookie of the Year for the same company and the Director's Platinum Award for Royal LePage National, where no other real estate agent has won int he first year in the 40 plus year history of the company.
