The "DeMall" name came from the two families involved; Dave and Kim Depencier, and Krista and Kerry Mall. Depencier Builders have 25 years of custom home building experience, land development, as well as home design and decorating. The Mall’s have years of business ownership, rental property and real estate experience. And thus, a marriage was built! The DeMall Group are four people who each bring something unique to the process of creating your dream home.
