The DeMall Group Ltd. is a group of developers offering brand new single family and semi-detached homes, in a brand new neighbourhood, located in the charming Dresden, Ontario. The DeMall Group was established by two families who are active community members of Dresden; the Depencier family and the Mall family. The goal is not just to build beautiful and unique homes, but to also give back to Dresden by designing and building flourishing communities that help the town's local economy.
